Policies

  • A deposit is due when booking your appointment. This includes Glam Parties. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

  • We are a mobile service, so when booking your appointment our arrival time will be between the time you booked and 1 hour after the appointment time. (Example: If you book at 9 am, arrival time will be between 9 am-10:00 am)

  • Please have a clean and fresh face - free of any type of products: No makeup, strip lashes, glue from strip lashes, oil, lotions, mascara, eyeliner, etc.

  • No phones during the time of your services UNLESS the phone service is paid for. Due to the nature of our services, phone interruptions prolong the length of your appointment. Purchase our Phone Service Here.

  • You cannot open your eyes under any circumstances during the time of your service. Services last between 1-2 hours.

  • Please wait to be directed to lay on the lash bed- No flipping, flopping, or playing on the lash bed under any circumstances. No kids or pets are allowed to get on or play on the lash bed. No shoes are allowed on the lash bed.

  • You have a maximum of 1 time to cancel or reschedule your appointment before your deposit is forfeited.

  • If you are more than 40 minutes away, there will be a travel fee.

  • Your lashes need to be at least 40% full for a fill-in or you will be charged extra for a full set.

  • You have up to 48 hours from your service appointment to contact someone from KGG if all or half of your extensions shed or get damaged so they can be fixed. This is only if you follow all the rules given to properly take care of your lashes.

  • If someone from KGG comes to your home and no one answers the door or phone or is allowed to set up equipment and services are not completed, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours from the time of your appointment or reschedule more than once, your deposit will be forfeited.
